Accessibility Statement

datascalehr is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Conformance status

This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA (the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the corresponding requirements of EN 301 549, the European accessibility standard for ICT. “Partially conformant” means some content may not yet fully meet the standard; those areas are listed below.

Measures taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a single, correct heading hierarchy on every page.
• A “skip to main content” link and a visible keyboard focus indicator throughout.
• Interactive components (tabs, carousel, cookie preferences) built to the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices, operable by keyboard.
• Text and interface colours meet the AA contrast minimum; the interface adapts to the visitor’s light or dark theme.
• Motion is reduced for visitors who set “reduce motion”, and pages remain usable at 200% zoom and 320px width.
• All meaningful images carry text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
